Health Warranty

Warranty Conditions 

All puppies come with a limited Health Warranty for TWO years as long as all conditions are met. Please read through said conditions for more information. 

The full contract will be sent once you have been approved and puppies are born. You will have plenty of time to review and look over the purchase contract before you sign. Bellow states verbatim what is listed under the Health Warranty portion. 

  1. The Seller provides warranty against life-threatening congenital defects for a period of two (2) years after the date of sale. 

 

  1. Seller has taken steps to prevent genetic issues by health testing sire and dam prior to breeding.

  2. Any suspected life-threatening congenital defect must be confirmed by a licensed veterinarian (including necropsy if the dog dies).

    1. Buyer must supply any requested veterinary records related to the dog’s condition to the seller within seven (7) days of diagnosis. 

    2. Seller has the right to require a second opinion from a veterinarian and/or veterinary specialist of the Seller’s choice at the Seller’s expense. 

    3. If the necropsy is performed and results in an undetermined or inconclusive diagnosis, warranty is void. 

  3. If a congenital life-threatening defect is diagnosed within the warranty period, the Buyer has the option to obtain a replacement puppy from the Seller of equal or lesser value from the next available litter. 

  4. The warranty does NOT include viral illnesses, infections, personality disorders, hernias, hypoglycemia, parasites (including Coccidiosis or Giardia), endocrine disorders, cancer or any illness due to ingestion of foreign objects, poisonous foods/chemicals, or physical injury. 

  5. No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made under this contract except as stated.

  6. This warranty is not transferable.

  7. It is to be clearly understood, that the Seller does NOT, under any circumstances, accept responsibility for any veterinarian and/or health care expenses. 

  8. The Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian with three (3) business days of taking possession/date of sale. 

  9. If the puppy is found to be in poor health, the Buyer has the option to return the puppy to the Seller, at the Buyer’s cost, for a full refund. 

  10. The Buyer will provide a written statement from a licensed veterinarian clearly stating the defect or illness

  11. If the puppy is not taken to a licensed veterinarian within three (3) business days of taking possession, the health warranty is void. 

  12. Proof of visit is needed by written letter from veterinarian or receipt of visit.

  13. Do not let puppy walk on the floor in the veterinarian office.
